- Conversations: the messages, prompts, and files you send to Sunexto and the responses generated.

5. AI processing
Your prompts and uploaded files are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your conversations. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information you do not want processed by an AI model.
6. Service providers & payments
We use trusted third parties to run Sunexto, including cloud hosting, database, and AI model providers. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details to take payment, handle taxes, send invoices, and manage refunds. Sunexto does not store your full card details.
7. Data retention
We keep your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your conversations at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
8. Your rights

9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, authentication, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
